Ernesto L. Santos, Jr., joined the firm in 2006 after practicing at one of the largest workers compensation law firms in Miami, Florida. He is a Miami native and proud to be the firm’s only Hispanic attorney.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Santos’ practice focuses on representing individuals and their families in a wide variety of personal injury matters including automotive and tire defect cases and other defective consumer products. He shares in the firms commitments to its clients and brings dedication and knowledge to each and every case he works on.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Mr. Santos graduated from the College of Charleston, located in Charleston, South Carolina, with a Bachelor of Arts in History where he played for the College’s nationally recognized Division 1 baseball team and was honored as a scholar athlete. In 2005, Mr. Santos obtained his law degree from Florida State University College of Law.

Mr. Santos is active in the legal community. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association.
